`Wim Hof Fundamentals` Is Back!
In a cozy group of six, kick off with a 20-minute Breathwork session to gear up for the thrilling 2-minute Ice Bath experience! Recognizing the significance of proper breathing to enhance your physical health and fortify your mindset is a crucial part of the morning routine. Following the ice bath, engage in a brief warm-up activity before indulging in a 30-minute session in the infrared sauna. There are six spots open for Monday, May 6th.
