Short for time but want to build strength ?💪...
With not much time available for strength and flexibility training I utilise the infrared sauna @mederiwellness to speed up the effectiveness of my workouts. (Here I'm doing a 10 minute hit) I do this twice a week in-between my weekly personal training session on a Monday at Health squared pt.
