ADHD and Floatation
ADHD /ˌeɪdiːeɪtʃˈdiː/
noun
1. short for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
2. mental health disorder
The modern healthcare sector recognizes that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder, characterized by symptoms such as restlessness and difficulty concentrating.
Symptoms of ADHD include a short attention span, constantly fidgeting and acting without thinking.
People with ADHD may start realize that medications and talk therapy are insufficient for long-term management and improvement.
We are currently in a time when HOLISTIC HEALTH is flourishing. The medical system has fallen short, leading people to recognize that it prioritizes profit and control over genuine wellbeing.
“Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”

Understanding ADHD
ADHD involves brains with different wiring. It is not a basic nervous dysregulation. While it is still rooted in that, the pathway and manifestation of symptoms are linked to a different part of the central nervous system.
ADHD inhibits an individual's capacity regulate their emotions when faced with perceived setbacks or challenges.
ADHD is associated with abnormally low levels of the neurotransmitters transferring between the prefrontal cortical area and the basal ganglia i.e., dopamine and noradrenaline.
Environment
In our world, we rush from morning till night, seeking sunshine when it rains, seeking to lie on the sofa when we walk home, seeking another day of meetings with friends-just not today, and always wishing for something else instead of being present and allowing the moment to be. Every day, wherever we go, we encounter stimuli affecting our mood, physical health, and thoughts. While this is partly natural, it has recently become extreme and addictive, making ADHD feel more challenging
.
Have you imagined what would happen in an environment where all possible stimuli are turned off for the brain: sound, light, motion, and gravity?
Well, such a place exists (👉Float Pod
), and clinical research continually proves how well it affects the nervous system.
Nervous system
In an environment free from stimulants, your body can REST and REJUVENATE! The nervous system calms down, allowing you to delve into your internal patterns and facilitating the opportunity to TRANSFORM and rewire them. Your body possesses innate intelligence and consistently seeks BALANCE and HARMONY for your highest benefit.
When your nervous system is calm, it naturally shifts into a rest-and-digest state, which is the body's general state of well-being. In this state, your organs, muscles, nerves, and all tissues relax, signaling to your brain that you are safe and do not require additional stress hormones and it`s friends. This allows you to truly begin enjoying the experience of being.
The ADHD nervous system can often be quite rigid. It needs more time dedicated to true rest and activities that we truly enjoy. Establishing a routine is essential, as it simplifies daily life, and being mindful of what we take in (any kind of: food, drink, music, TV, social media, etc.)

Float Therapy offers a unique experience that is unlike any other. It influences your nervous system like nothing else on Earth. The pod, filled with Epsom salt, maintains a comfortably warm skin temperature. When you lie on the water, gravity won't affect your body.Experiencing buoyancy in a dark, silent space allows you to simply exist and connect with your authentic self. This process involves physical alignment; your body can deeply enter a 'rest and digest' state, enabling it to transform certain physical patterns, muscle and tissue structures, and even rewire your brain.
It is advisable to have weekly sessions until you notice an improvement in your sleep quality and find that daily stress no longer affects you as it once did. After reaching that point, scheduling one session per month serves as a beneficial reminder for your body to maintain its natural state.
