Member Spotlight – Kerry E
We are very proud to have Kerry as our longest standing float member at Mederi Wellness. She began her float journey in 2019 when we were still named Oxford Floatation Centre and have now grown together in our wellness journey’s, during the past 4 years she has clocked up over a whopping 60 float sessions! Kerry is also partial to a 15 minute session on the massage chair… a perfect completion to her float visit.
Kerry loves everything about Mederi, it’s one of her favourite places to be due to the quiet and calming atmosphere that we thrive to uphold.
Kerry has been using float therapy as a way of caring for herself, to reduce Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Depression, describing the float as “medicine for the mind and body”. It helps to clear thoughts and ‘’resets the brain’’.
Post float she has noticed an improvement in her sleep; finding it easier to drift off and waking feeling much more refreshed. Kerry has also noticed how much softer her hair and skin feels.
Kerry’s top float tip!
Go Naked – Be Free
When Kerry began her journey she wore swimwear during the session. After a short while she decided to ditch the swimmers and has never looked back. She feels much less restricted and more relaxed without.
