3 Ways to Avoid Work Stress 👇️
1. Have a positive morning routine; enjoy a nourishing breakfast, get up slightly earlier in the morning so you aren't rushed (i’ve been aiming for 30 minutes earlier and it does really work), cold shower (so invigorating! we promise!) and dress well - (Samantha the Style Editor @styleeditoruk can help with this, check her insta out for more info)
It might also be beneficial to have a soothing evening routine and create a to do list for the next day to clear your mind before entering a well rested sleep.
2. Change the element of your work that is causing you to feel anxious; maybe you have too much work to do or your work routine needs to shift slightly. Talk to your manager it could be that they don't realise that you are feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps the job you are in isnt bringing you joy anymore or your goals have shifted, might be time to consider your options and create a 90 day plan.
3. Practice mindfulness and implementing more relaxation techniques into your day to day life. Even just getting more steps in and being out in nature can really help you to feel more present. When you start to feel more grounded and in the moment you can begin to regulate those emotions. Asking yourself “what is the worst thing that can happen to me at this moment in time?”
