Overstimulated and struggling to ‘Let go’?
Reasons our clients have recently been loving a two hour float👇️
1. During those indulgent 120 minutes, the magic truly happens - your body enters a very deep state of relaxation, your mind has the ability to completely unwind; typically when you float for 1 hour it can take up to 40 minutes to ‘let go’. By settling in for an extended period of time you give yourself the chance to free yourself of thoughts and questions.
2. Over-stimulation has been a big problem for the majority of people in our ever connected world so settling into a 2 hour float means that you will loose all the bombardments. There is no need to scroll, to reply to emails or answer the phone, just peace and darkness.
3. Tuning back into yourself; when you have moments to become mindful you reach a point of inner-standing, you become aware of sensations in your body that you might have blocked out. When we are so busy all of the time it can be hard to listen to our gut, over riding what our physical body is telling us with our head. Taking time for yourself will give you an opportunity to really become aware of who you are and what you and your body need to feel well!
