Why Should Good Care Habits Be Routine?

A client asked me the other day what I do for my wellbeing and they were surprised when I said I don't float as much as I'd like. I suppose because the floats are mine you'd think I'd be in there all the time, but I often get in and think a lot about the business itself, if I can float for over an hour I am able enter another world…more about that woo woo side of it another time…

So for anyone interested my list of go to treatments/therapies things that make me feel good;

🔥the infrared sauna at least twice a week for 30 minutes.

🚿 cold shower at the end of every hot shower for 1 minute (should be 2 I found out at the Wim Hof Fundamentals)

I take moments to look at the moon, trees 🌳 birds stars etc...always enjoy remembering the world is so precious. secret way of meditating without calling it meditation...

Drink hot water and lemon first thing to cleanse digestive system because I eat a lot of sugar and I like to make sure I am regular.

Spend some time with my kids making up stories and engaging in kids talk or drawing etc rather than the typical moaning at them that I do…

Massage, whether it's on my massage chair at Mederi Wellness or one of our lovely massage therapists I like to get the knots kneaded out of my shoulders.

I LOVE Stretching, I've got massively into having a good stretch to relieve tight muscles, especially my psoas because of menstrual problems.

Sleep and good quality sleep, I don’t necessarily sleep for very long but I can tell the difference when I’ve slept deeply compared to light.

Why is floating good for sleep health?

I’d love to know what you like to do to keep healthy and happy? Tell us in the comments below it might inspire others.
